I am a former antiques dealer who bought some small dress forms at an auction one day thinking I would use them to display antique jewelry. I promptly put them in my basement and forgot about them again until several years later when we were trying to come up with some unique centerpieces for a family party. I found one of those forms, took some tissue paper and put a simple dress on it, and voila - a business was born.

It actually wasn’t until almost a year later, after getting more forms manufactured, that the business began in earnest. I was lucky enough, that first year to have a wonderful article written about the business in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. Since that article, word of mouth has spread, and I have had the pleasure of making beautiful, and sometimes over-the-top dresses for parties, gifts, and home accessories. Be sure to check out the photo gallery to see some of the places these “Girls” have partied. I can’t wait to personalize dresses for you.
